Refund policy
At Kymory, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Each product is carefully designed and inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
To initiate a return, please contact our team at contact@kymory.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use or are not in original condition.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@kymory.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
- A photo of the packaging
We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary
