At Kymory, we deliver our minimalist home & decor pieces to customers worldwide. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and policies.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, and external factors beyond our control.


3. Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions on select orders or during special events. Free shipping terms and minimum order values, when applicable, will be clearly displayed on our website and at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at contact@kymory.com.


5. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.


6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Kymory is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us at contact@kymory.com as soon as possible. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been shipped.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your tracking information for the latest status update
  2. Contact your local postal service or carrier with the tracking number
  3. If the issue persists, reach out to us at contact@kymory.com with your order number

We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the product inside, please contact us at contact@kymory.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item

We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.


10. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We currently ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard estimates.
